Standard Refund Terms

Since our Service is a digital product and provides immediate access upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds once the API key has been provisioned or the monthly quota has been partially used.

Trial Pass

The One-Time Trial Pass (24-hour access) is strictly non-refundable as it provides full access to premium features for a very low cost.

Monthly Subscriptions

You may request a refund for a monthly subscription only if:

  • You have not used any requests from your allocated monthly quota.
  • The refund request is made within 24 hours of the payment.
  • There was a technical failure on our end that prevented you from accessing the service.

Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a partial refund. Processing fees (typically 5-10% depending on the payment gateway) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount.
